Le Tigre est une non-série d’images de tigres (léopards, lions, tous félins) réalisées au hasard de rencontres et visites. Il existe principalement sous une forme reprographique : édition offset, sérigraphie, photographie imprimée etc.. Les photographies prises dans la rue, les magasins ou musées, tels que pancartes, sculptures, objets, emblèmes, isolent le sujet de son contexte, dénotant une présence ubiquitaire, le signe d’une communauté. Chaque proposition du Tigre est spécifique à son support d’impression (carte postale, poster, diptyque photo etc.).
Le Tigre is a non-series of tigers pictures (leopard, lions, any feline) realized at random of encounters and visits. It mainly exists under a reprographic shape: offset print, silkscreen printing, printed photography etc. The photographs taken in the street, in shops or museums, such as signs, sculptures, objects, emblems, isolate the subject from its context, denoting a ubiquitous presence, the sign of a community. Every proposal of the Tiger is specific to its print’s support (postcard, poster, photographic diptych etc.).
